Attendance / Cancellation
Regular attendance is always recommended. When you enrol your child/ren into tutoring lessons you are securing your place in the program at your specific day and time for the term’s duration.
In a circumstance where your child is not well or you are unable to make a lesson please inform Advanced Learning Centre by calling 0458 456 586 at least 24 hours before the lesson is scheduled to start. A cancellation fee equal to the hourly rate will be applied for notice of less than 24 hours. Please note: A maximum of three ‘make up’ lessons will be provided, per term.
Refund Policy
If you are wishing to cease the services of Advanced Learning Centre we do require a minimum of three weeks’ notice before final cancellation. On notice, a full refund of remaining sessions will be provided in the same form as your original payment.
